who can claim

hold at least 0.1% of the supply for one full day. bigger bag, bigger refund: 0.1% gets up to $25, 0.25% up to $75, 0.5% up to $150. dip below your tier and the clock starts over. one refund a week, one wallet per person, every cart checked by hand. the drawer starts strict to protect itself; when it overflows, it opens to smaller bags.

where refunds come from

creator rewards only, split by pump.fun on chain and locked: 75% to the drawer, 25% to the team. nothing minted for it, nothing promised beyond what the drawer holds. the first 3 hours after launch only fill the drawer, then the first drop opens; after that a round runs every day at 20:00 utc and pays up to 80% of the drawer, first come, first served.

what's not promised
